This privacy policy explains what information H&B Mobile Detailing ("we," "us") collects, how we use it, and how we keep it safe. By booking with us or signing up for the Monthly Detail Plan, you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

  • Your name, phone number, and email address.

  • The address where we detail your vehicle.

  • Your vehicle's year, make, and model.

  • Text messages you send us about scheduling and service.

  • Payment information for the Monthly Detail Plan, which is collected and stored by Stripe, not by us.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To schedule and complete your details.

  • To text you available times, appointment reminders, and updates about your service.

  • To process payments for the Monthly Detail Plan.

  • To answer questions and handle any issues with your service.

3. Payments

  • Monthly Detail Plan payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

  • One-time details are usually paid on site by Venmo or cash. We don't store any of your payment account information.

4. How Stripe Protects Your Payment Information

  • Stripe is one of the most widely used payment companies in the world, trusted by millions of businesses.

  • When you sign up for the Monthly Detail Plan, your card details go straight to Stripe over a secure, encrypted connection. They never pass through us.

  • Stripe encrypts your card information and stores it on its own secure servers, not ours.

  • Stripe is certified at the highest level of the payment card industry's security standards (PCI Level 1), the same standard used by major banks and retailers.

  • Stripe also uses fraud protection to help spot and block suspicious payments.

  • We can only see basic details, like your name, the last 4 digits of your card, and whether a payment went through.

5. Text Messages

  • We use your phone number to text you about scheduling and your service.

  • We won't send you spam or share your number with anyone.

  • If you don't want to receive texts from us anymore, just let us know. Since booking is done by text, this may affect our ability to schedule your monthly detail.

6. Photos

  • We may take before and after photos of your vehicle to show our work on our website or social media.

  • We won't post your license plate, your home, or any personal information.

  • If you don't want photos of your vehicle posted, just text us and we won't post them.

7. Sharing Your Information

  • We don't sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.

  • We only share information with Stripe to process payments, or if the law requires it.

8. Keeping Your Information Safe

  • We only keep the information we need to provide your service.

  • We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure.

9. Your Choices

  • You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by texting us.

  • If you're on the Monthly Detail Plan, we may need to keep some information until your plan is canceled and all payments are complete.

10. Changes to This Policy

  • We may update this policy from time to time.

  • The newest version will always be on this page, with the date at the top.
